Key Responsibilities

Act as a primary point of contact for Danish-speaking clients, providing expert solutions in a customer support services environment
Resolve complex inquiries through telephone, email, and chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction




Maintain detailed records of customer interactions to contribute to the continuous improvement of service protocols
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and escalate technical issues or product feedback effectively
Achieve individual and team performance targets as defined by the customer support services excellence standards
Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate and reliable information to customers
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with users in the Danish market to drive loyalty and retention

Requirements

Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written)
Valid EU passport (mandatory)
Exceptional communication skills, with a professional and empathetic approach to customer care
Previous experience in a customer support services role is considered a significant advantage for this position
Proficiency in English to collaborate within our international team in Sofia
