The Role

We are looking for an accomplished IT Assistant to join Domes Baobab Suites, our new 5-star lifestyle and athleisure resort in Costa Adeje, Tenerife — Domes' newest destination as we expand into Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to internal users, ensuring the proper functioning of the company’s systems, equipment, and technological tools.




The idóneo candidate will have experience in technical support, incident resolution, and basic administration of Microsoft environments.

Key accountabilities:

Provide first- level technical support to end users.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
Manage, log, and track tickets through the support system.
Install, configure, and maintain corporate equipment and applications.
Administer and support the Microsoft O365 environment.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the operational continuity of systems
Documentation & process improvement
Endpoint compliance rate (Intune/MDM dashboard)
Patch compliance percentage across managed fleet

Requirements:

Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or other related certifications are a plus.
One to three years of previous experience in technical support, help desk, or similar roles.

Solid knowledge of Windows
