Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality technical and gameplay support to Arabic-speaking players via ticket, chat, and email systems
Ensure an exceptional user experience by resolving game-related inquiries and account issues within the Gaming & Esports ecosystem
Stay up-to-date with the latest game updates, patches,



and features to provide accurate, real-time information to the Supercell community
Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate complex technical bugs or community trends to the relevant internal development teams
Maintain a professional, empathetic, and engaging tone that reflects the culture and values of the Supercell brand
Collaborate with international teams to share feedback and improve the overall player satisfaction rate in the Arabic market
Participate in ongoing training sessions to sharpen your knowledge of the Gaming & Esports industry landscape

Requirements

Native or fluent Arabic (spoken and written)
Valid EU passport (mandatory)
Deep interest and passion for the Gaming & Esports industry and familiarity with Supercell titles
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate within our international office
