Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional technical and functional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat
Act as a primary point of contact for Polish-speaking clients, ensuring all inquiries are resolved with precision and empathy




Identify recurring customer issues and contribute to process improvements within the customer support services department
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate, timely, and professional solutions
Collaborate with international teams to meet and exceed predefined key performance indicators (KPIs)
Handle sensitive information with total confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest service technologies and internal protocols

Requirements

Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written)
Valid EU passport (mandatory)
Strong command of English for professional communication within an international team
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities tailored to the customer support services industry

Previous experience in support, client relations, or similar professional services is highly advantageous
