We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Brand Manager to lead the Spanish brand strategy while establishing and managing our social media presence in the Spanish market.
This role combines strategic brand building with in-market execution, including social media and influencer activation, retailer engagement, training, and event support.
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for motorcycling who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves working closely with customers, both online and in person.
This position's territory will be designated for Spain and will report to the EMEA Sales Director, with a dotted line to the Digital Marketing Director.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Brand Management (50%)
Develop and execute the Spanish brand strategy in line with global brand guidelines.
Adapt integral marketing assets and campaigns for the Spanish market.
Conduct regular retail store visits to ensure brand visibility and gather market feedback.
Train and educate retail partners and store teams on product USPs, brand values, and new product introductions, on Motorcycle and Outdoor.
Represent the brand at key trade shows, activities, and consumer and retailer events.
Collect real-world/end-user feedback and circulate this information internally.
