Responsibilities:
Develop and execute growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue across Luxehouze and Archivve in Indonesia & Singapore.
Lead growth experiments by designing,



executing, and optimizing A/B tests for retention program, customer journey improvements, referral, and new growth initiatives to improve key business metrics.
Own O2O strategy by integrating digital campaigns with retail stores, events, and offline activations to create seamless customer experiences and drive conversions.
Build and grow customer communities through loyalty programs, ambassador initiatives, exclusive member experiences, and community engagement strategies that strengthen brand affinity and retention.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Performance Marketing, CRM, Social Media, Partnerships, Events, Sales, and Retail teams to execute integrated growth campaigns and identify new business opportunities.
