Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Your Impact as Senior Quality Assurance Engineer: What are you going to do

As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you take a leading and proactive role in
shaping quality across the organization. You do not wait for work to come to
you—instead, you actively engage with teams, identify gaps, and drive
improvements in testing practices and automation.

You define and implement testing standards and frameworks, and actively work
across teams to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities.

You work closely with development and QA engineers across teams, ensuring clear,
high-quality test reporting in English. You play a key communicative and
coordinating role, combining deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder
management, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. In this role, you




collaborate closely with the other Test Environment Coordinator and Lead QA
Engineers, and act as a senior sparring partner and coach within the QA domain.

Your impact as a QA Automation Engineer at Customer & Digital

You play a key role in improving the quality and stability of our digital
platforms by:

* Proactively reaching out to teams to understand their testing challenges and
helping them adopt better practices

* Driving organization-wide quality standards and automation strategies

* Acting as a trusted advisor for QA, helping teams improve their maturity and
effectiveness

* Ensuring issues are not only solved, but structurally prevented through
standardization and insights

* Creating clarity and alignment across teams, especially in complex or
disrupted environments
