Job Description:
The selected candidate will join the Health Management and Predictive Analytics
team and will contribute to the development of Health and Usage Management
Systems (HUMS) in several platforms (A400M, PATMAR, SIRTAP, EuroDrone, Hurjet,
etc.). HUMS is a critical system that monitors aircraft or equipment health and
usage, enabling early fault detection, predictive maintenance, and enhanced
safety and reliability. Key benefits include predictive maintenance, operational
safety, reliability & efficiency, and data-driven insights to support
engineering decisions and improve fleet management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The main tasks of the jobholder will be:
* Lead systems engineering activities to specify, develop, integrate, qualify,
and certify health management systems in accordance with Airbus Defence and
Space standards.
* Define HUMS architecture, acting as an HW/SW designer analyst for the
development of on-board centralized Big Data architectures.
* Identify development life cycle activities, gather customer requirements, and
define checkpoints and reviews aligned with program phases.
* Elaborate the product's detailed design and manage the integration of the
Health Management System on the aircraft.
* Specify, require, and support Laboratory, Ground, and Flight tests needed for
the development, certification, and qualification (V&V;) of the systems.
* Lead data management activities for massive information, including gathering,
manipulating, processing, and storing data.
