About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Fulfillment Solutions Intern to support our FBT (Fulfillment by TikTok) team within the Fulfillment Operations organization. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to ongoing operational projects, system improvements, and launch readiness initiatives across Europe. The ideal candidate brings a combination of analytical thinking, attention to detail, and interest in supply chain solutions, project coordination, and testing.

you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Business Insights
Support the FMCG FBT team by analysing seller performance, FBT adoption, and operational metrics to identify growth opportunities and business risks.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards, track key KPIs, and generate actionable insights to support decision-making and category strategy.
