A professional with experience in the operational and administrative management of services, SLAs, invoicing, and reporting
Ability to coordinate with clients, Product Owners, Application Managers, finance teams, and regional representatives
Strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy, validity, integrity, and consistency of information
Autonomy to document internal processes and follow up on cross-functional initiatives
Good command of English, minimum B2 level
?Skills
Essential: Proven experience in SLA lifecycle management, master data maintenance, KPI monitoring, invoicing, and service reporting
Essential: Experience preparing business presentations, financial views, invoicing updates, and SLA reports




Desirable: Experience working with ServiceNow, SharePoint, IV2, and document repositories such as Argos
?️What will your main duties and responsibilities be?
Create, sign, and archive SLAs in the corresponding repositories
Liaise with client entities regarding services, volumes, charges, SLAs, and invoicing
Maintain Infrastructure and Platform services and application master files, ensuring data quality and integrity
Prepare business meeting presentations covering financial information, invoicing status, and SLA updates
Support invoice and payment preparation, providing clarification in response to client queries
Create and document internal processes related to digital signatures, master files, and service operations
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, including integral budget preparation and reporting, with finance teams and regional representatives
Work with Product Owners and Applic
