Job Summary: We are actively seeking a friendly, professional, and experienced female Bartender with an outgoing personality to join our growing team in the Cayman Islands.

Key Responsibilities:
Drink Preparation: Mix and serve drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences. This includes crafting classic cocktails, creating new drinks, and pouring wine, beer, and other beverages.
Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take drink orders, and provide attentive service. Engage with customers to enhance their experience, answer questions about the menu, and make recommendations when appropriate.
Bar Management: Manage bar operations efficiently, including restocking and organizing bar supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and setting up and closing down the bar area.
Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels,



order supplies as needed, and assist in managing bar stock to minimize waste and prevent shortages. Conduct regular inventory checks.
Cash Handling: Process payments accurately, handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system. Ensure that all transactions are recorded correctly and follow up on any discrepancies.
Compliance: Adhere to all local regulations regarding the serving of alcohol, including verifying the age of customers, refusing service to intoxicated individuals, and following health and safety guidelines.
Event Support: Assist in preparing and serving drinks for special events, private parties, and functions held within the establishment.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with servers, barbacks, and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth operation, especially during busy periods.
