Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.
We’re looking for a Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager to champion and safeguard our integral employee and talent regulatory frameworks. This is a high-visibility, senior role where you will act as the principal architect of our internal people compliance strategy—ensuring that our executive structures, leadership frameworks, and talent ecosystems scale securely alongside our rapid global expansion.

What you'll be doing
Stepping into our Second Line of Defense (2LoD), you will hold direct ownership over the compliance strategies that protect our organizational integrity, leadership frameworks, and global culture. You will:
