What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facility interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor and report security-related concerns, hazards, unusual activity, and access-control issues to the appropriate personnel.
