Payroll Technician

The opportunity

We are looking for a professional to provide support in the management of the client portfolio by calculating payroll (monthly, extra, arrears) and Social Security (RLT, RNT), filing quarterly/annual forms with the AEAT as well as Labour Advice if necessary.

As a member of our team in the EY GDS office in Malaga, you’ll have a chance to extend your knowledge & experience by working on interesting projects with the newest technologies and approaches. You’ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in digital transformation.

Your key responsibilities

Preparation and elaboration of payrolls
Assistance and management in the movements of high, low, variation, etc. before the Social Security
Advising on labour matters (warning letters, settlements, dismissal letters, etc.)
Carry out administrative functions: temporary disabilities, FIEs, contracts, employee registrations, variations, and terminations in Social Security, downloads of RNT and RLC, etc.
Carry out payroll functions: calculations of IRPF, payslips,



retroactive and deferred payments, settlements, and checks of all of these.

To qualify for the role, you must have

Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources; Degree in Law or similar
Good skills in English (oral and written communication)
Proficiency in Office Package
Knowledge of SAP Payroll
