As a Senior Sales Professional at RIB Software, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital transformation of the construction and engineering industries. RIB, a general leader in digitalization and cloud technologies for the built environment, empowers organizations to build smarter, faster, and more sustainably through innovative solutions like RIB Presto. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for developing named accounts, identifying customer requirements, delivering against sales targets, and strengthening long‑term customer relationships. Operating within an indirect sales model,



you will collaborate closely with our partner network (including partner sales teams and resellers) to expand market reach and maximize client value. By combining your sales expertise with RIB’s cutting‑edge technology portfolio, you will help customers achieve operational excellence and drive digital innovation across their projects.

Key responsibilities
Drive growth within a defined portfolio of strategic accounts by identifying customer needs, shaping tailored solutions, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Lead the complete sales cycle with key industry clients, including builders, engineering firms, EPCs, developers, installers, large contractors, and owners to accelerate the adoption of RIB Presto and other RIB solutions.
Build strong, long-term relationships with executive and C‑level stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their digital transformation journey.
