Responsabilities
Support the planning and execution of production projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets,



and deliverables are met.
Assist in managing internal and external resources (freelancers, vendors, studios).
Collaborate on the implementation of operational tools and processes (Workfront, dashboards, automations).
Help analyze operational KPIs and prepare reports to support decision-making.
Coordinate with creative, account, and finance teams to ensure operational alignment.
Identify workflow improvement opportunities and propose practical solutions.
Contribute to initiatives focused on efficiency, sustainability, and scalability within the operations area.
Requirements
Academic background in Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, Engineering, Audiovisual Production, or similar.
Strong skills in Excel and project management tools (experience with Workfront, Monday, etc. is a plus).
Interest in advertising production, digital content, and operational processes.
