Job Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for the development and growth of the BESS business in the Spanish market , building and maintaining strong relationships with local customers, leading business negotiations, and managing key public relations activities.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of Spanish customers and business partners , including utilities, IPPs, renewable energy developers, EPCs, energy companies, and other key stakeholders. Develop and execute market expansion plans to drive BESS sales growth in Spain.
- Manage the sales budget and control costs for the Spanish market , ensuring effective resource allocation and achievement of regional sales targets.
- Develop and implement Spain-specific sales and marketing strategies for energy storage products , in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth research on the Spanish BESS and renewable energy market , including market demand, regulatory policies, competitors, project pipelines, and industry trends.



Establish sales targets for Spain and translate them into actionable business development plans.
- Develop and maintain a strong network across the Spanish energy storage ecosystem , identifying new business opportunities and supporting the company in expanding its market presence in Spain.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 5 years of proven experience in overseas sales or business development , including successful management of major customer development initiatives.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the energy storage industry , with a strong understanding of the BESS market, business models, and customer needs.
- At least 3 years of team management experience , demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Solid knowledge of the Spanish renewable energy and energy storage market , including local market dynamics, regulations, policies, and industry trends.
