Role: Sales Director
We’re MiQ, a general programmatic media partner for marketers and agencies. We are looking for a Sales Director to lead MiQ’s agency growth in Spain. This is a market-building commercial role focused on shaping MiQ’s position in market through proactive new business development, senior relationship building and excellent end-to-end commercial leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the commercial direction for Spain, building strategic relationships, generating and converting opportunities, and creating the foundations for long-term revenue growth. It is an exciting opportunity to join at an early stage, with the chance to help shape future growth opportunities as the market develops. Drive commercial growth in Spain through:

Delivering a clear commercial strategy across Spain at both agency and client level, with a focus on building MiQ’s market presence and reputation from the ground up
Mapping stakeholders across target agencies to focus prospecting on the right people, creating a consistent flow of qualified commercial opportunities
Responding to briefs with pace, quality and strong commercial judgement, ensuring MiQ is consistently well positioned in competitive situations
Leading commercial opportunities end to end, from prospecting and brief attainment through to proposal, media plan delivery, negotiation and close
Supporting the development of market-facing materials, thought leadership and event content that help build MiQ’s profile and credibility with Spanish agencies
