YOUR MISSION:

As an Associate, you will be an integral part of the second line of defense
within our Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) Execution team. This role sits within the
second line of defence and supports the governance and execution of our AFC/AML
Compliance framework. As Bitpanda continues to scale, we are strengthening our
AFC Compliance capabilities with a focus on clear accountability, high-quality
decision-making, and a customer-aware approach to compliance.

You will work closely with Customer Operations, Risk, Legal, and AML leadership
to ensure compliance cases and escalations are handled thoroughly, consistently,
and with appropriate urgency, balancing regulatory requirements with a strong
awareness of customer and business impact.
