As International Category Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness across global markets.The adecuado candidate will spearhead our skincare product lines, defining and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility, drive sales, and engage our target audience. The successful candidate will possess a blend of creative and analytical skills, with a robust understanding of the skincare industry,

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORProven Marketing and/or Sales experience (10 years or more) in the derma/skincare category in leading FMCG / CHC companies operating in an international environmentProven capabilities in digital marketing paired with a strong conceptual, analytical and strategic skillsetProven project leadership skills, delivering results in complex and ever-changing environmentsTrack record in creating new products, concept writing & testing, and developing new brands (ideally that have expanded into new markets or channels incl eCommerce)Sound knowledge of regulatory and legal framework of OTC medicines, medical devices, cosmetics and food supplementsFlexibility and agility in quickly transferring skills knowledge from one area of expertis
