From brainstorming to development to launch, the Product team's main mission is to turn ideas into reality by working hand-in-hand with the Engineering, Design and Business teams.

The way digital products are designed is changing fast. You will shape that, not just react to it.
As Head of Product Design, you will own the vision and execution of Product Design at Joko. Own the design vision and quality bar: You will define what great design means at Joko, the principles behind it, and the standards every shipped surface is held to. You know that a Head of Product Design who has lost touch with the work has lost the plot.
You will build a structured User Research function, hire our first User Researcher, and make sure insights actually shape the roadmap rather than sit in a Notion page.
You will grow Product Design to 7 Designers and 1 Researcher, recruit the people you want to bet on, coach them, and build a culture where craft and ownership are the defaults.
