Who we need
Were looking for an ambitious and inspirational Head of Faculty to lead our A level (Year 2) provision and make a real difference to the experience and outcomes of our students. Youll bring energy,



vision and collaborative leadership to a role where you can shape curriculum, develop people and drive continuous improvement. This role will be overseeing Year 2 alongside the Social Sciences faculty, which is one of our five A level faculty areas.
Lead for excellence drive outstanding teaching, learning, assessment and student outcomes.
Shape the future develop an agile, aspirational curriculum that responds to student, employer and regional needs.
Champion A Levels lead the A Level student experience, achievement, retention and progression.
Inspire your team develop, motivate and support staff to achieve their best.
Make an impact use data, partnerships and innovation to improve performance and strengthen the student experience.
