About The Role We are looking for motivated and ambitious people in Barcelona who are ready to build a career in the Dubai property market. Whether you are new to real estate or an experienced agent, this role offers a strong platform, professional training, and ongoing support in a fast paced, client focused environment.
Advise clients on available opportunities across the Dubai property market, including ready and off plan properties
Work closely with marketing and admin teams to maximise property exposure and ensure an efficient client experience
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors and property owners, understanding their requirements and matching them with suitable properties
Stay updated on Dubais property market trends, pricing, new developments and available inventory
Provide professional property consultations in line with RERA and DLD regulations
Generate leads through networking, referrals, prospecting and marketing activities




Conduct property viewings and present suitable options based on client requirements
Background in sales, business development, customer service, hospitality or real estate
Excellent communication, relationship building and negotiation skills with strong English (additional languages are an advantage)
2 week professional Training Academy with a UK certified trainer
Ongoing mentorship from experienced managers (15+ years in Dubai real estate)
