Your mission Partnering directly with the EMEA AdOps Associate Director, you will set the standard for operational excellence, proactivity, and accountability day-to-day. As the senior escalation point, you will own technical and operational risk mitigation, troubleshooting, and budget protection—grounding every decision in data and statistical rigor. Troubleshooting: Serve as the senior point of contact for complex troubleshooting, in close coordination with the team and cross-functional teams
Data-driven Decision Making: Rely on statistical reasoning and incrementality thinking to drive operational calls rather than gut instinct
Translate complex operational problems into clear, actionable reporting for Account Management and other teams without the need for endless follow-up meetings
