Builds and curates a high-performance team: responsible for recruitment, mentorship, career development, and fostering an open and collaborative environment.
Owns team objectives and drives product contribution: defines a clear theme for their team, translates it into measurable objectives. Identifies market gaps within the projects portfolio and proposes product-bound initiatives.
Allocates and optimizes talent across projects: ensures that resources are aligned effectively with department priorities while maintaining workload balance.
Brings unique technical expertise: leverages deep domain knowledge in machine learning, LLMs, and/or quantum computing to act as a technical authority and trusted advisor.
