Hiring and developing exceptional Sales Executives.
Collaborating with the SDR Team to improve pipeline quality, in a positive feedback loop.
Proactively proposing actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.
You have an excellent level of English and a native level of Dutch;
You have at least 2 years of demonstrable track record as a top-performer AE in a tech company;
