Were looking for an innovative and driven Financial Crime Compliance Manager to join the second line of defence. Youll support the growth of Revolut's financial partnerships by applying your expertise in financial services to design and lead oversight and compliance operations.
Up to shape whats next in finance? What youll be doing Leading the design, implementation, testing, and assurance of financial crime controls




Providing 2LoD support to the business and 1LoD FinCrime teams during product and system launches
Maintaining financial crime training for all employees
Preparing reports for senior management, group committees, and the Board
Escalating high-risk financial crime compliance issues
What youll need 5+ years of experience in financial crime (AML/CTF and sanctions) across retail and business customer bases, including KYC, CDD/EDD, transaction monitoring, risk assessments, and SARs
Experience in correspondent banking
A solid understanding of innovative financial services products and their associated financial crime risks
In-depth knowledge of anti-financial crime frameworks, including AML/CTF and sanctions policies, regulatory recommendations, risk management practices, and control arrangements
Familiarity with integral requirements for financial crime controls
An understanding of industry-wide financial crime pr
