We're looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to advise on crypto compliance requirements and related controls. What You'll Be Doing Providing oversight on compliance obligations for cryptoasset products and related controls
Ensuring high-quality regulatory mapping
Reviewing 1LoD compliance approvals for cryptoasset products,



and providing appropriate feedback
Ensuring a robust, company-wide cryptoasset training and competency programme
Providing 2LoD oversight on cryptoasset complaints, diving into root-cause analyses to drive better customer outcomes
What You'll Need 7+ years of experience in a regulatory compliance role within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator
A university degree in STEM, business, or finance
Knowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysis
A solid understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk
The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
Fluency in English
