Be a part of the global sustainability change in business. It is how EcoVadis translates strategy into performance — equipping Sales, Customer Success, Customer Care and other Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to engage customers more effectively, accelerate revenue, and reduce churn. Set an ambitious vision for and lead a global team of 8 experts across Enablement Business Partnering, Program Development, Operations, and AI.
Partner with senior GTM leadership to align Revenue Enablement strategy with global business outcomes.
Define and execute a clear enablement roadmap that prioritizes high-impact performance needs.




Oversee the quality and execution discipline of the global program portfolio, from onboarding to leadership development.
Drive the AI transformation strategy, operationalizing AI-powered coaching, call analysis, and automated workflows.
10+ years in Revenue Enablement, Sales/CS Enablement or a related commercial excellence function, including a proven track record (5+ years) of inspiring and leading teams.
~ Track record of partnering with and influencing senior commercial leaders.
~ Experience operating across Sales and Customer Success in a general B2B SaaS or technology environment.
~ Strong command of revenue methodologies, customer lifecycle management and commercial performance metrics.
~ Fluent professional English is required; Frontline Enablement Senior Manager
