WHAT YOU'LL DO Own the billing and accounts domain end to end: processing, billing, and pricing for a platform serving creators in 170+ countries Lead and grow a team of 5-6 billing engineers, with a clear path to scaling the team and structuring it around processing, billing, and pricing as the domain expands
Deliver the billing roadmap through the end of the year, including completing a major migration of our pricing model
Bring proven payments industry patterns and standards into Manychat, and raise the bar on how billing is designed, built, and operated
Partner closely with our Product Director for Billing on making billing more scalable, and with Finance on tax and compliance initiatives
Build transparency and healthy engineering pra
