Operations Fulfilment/Product Project Manager - Kidlington, OX5 1HX
Please note this is a 12 month Fixed-term Contract.
The Operations Fulfilment/Product Project Manager will provide the structure, pace and control required to move the Operational Fulfilment workstream from high-level intent into clearly governed delivery. They will take ownership of the delivery plan, scope boundaries, key milestones and cross-functional dependencies, ensuring the Express, Engage Direct-to-Customer and Cross-Dock fulfilment requirements are translated into practical work packages and progressed through to implementation and business adoption.
This role sits at the intersection of operations strategy, process, product and delivery, translating customer and business needs into clearly defined scope, plans and deliverables, and ensuring initiatives are delivered at pace with measurable outcomes.
The role requires strong stakeholder management across commercial, sales, marketing, operations, supply chain, data and technology teams, with a clear focus on value realisation,



operational readiness and customer impact.
Responsibilities:
- Translate the Operational Fulfilment strategy into a delivery plan, including milestones, deliverables, sequencing, owners, dependencies and governance checkpoints through to implementation and transition into BAU.
- Manage project delivery across Express, Engage Direct-to-Customer and Cross-Dock fulfilment routes, ensuring scope, deliverables and success criteria are clearly defined and controlled.
- Drive clarity on what is being delivered , for which customer segments , and what success looks like in measurable terms.
- Ensure customer insights, data and feedback are embedded into project design and decisionmaking.
- Support the development and execution of differentiated propositions (e.g. Express vs Engage), ensuring consistency across channels and regions where required.
