You will work closely with engineering teams and platform vendors to evolve the bank's core banking capabilities, ensuring they meet business, operational and regulatory needs while supporting growth across products and markets.
Own the roadmap and backlog for the Core Banking domain, covering a portfolio of internally developed and licensed platforms.




Prioritize and sequence delivery together with the IT teams responsible for core banking systems and integrations.
Own the product logic supporting customer accounts and product lifecycle management, including product configuration, interest calculation, fees, billing cycles, repayment hierarchies, servicing processes and account lifecycle events.
Drive the evolution of core banking capabilities across lending, cards, deposits and payments.
Work closely with payment and card-processing teams to ensure seamless integration between core banking platforms, payment rails and external partners.
Translate business, regulatory, operational and accounting requirements into scenario-based, testable product requirements with clear acceptance criteria and traceability from requirement to test.
Act as product counterpart to platform vendors, including scope definition, acceptance testing and release sign-off.
