YOUR IMPACT You will set the analytics strategy by owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data, analytics, and reporting across CSEs AI portfolio. You will also lead key stakeholder relationships by serving as the key analytics partner to Product, engineering, and CSE leadership, shaping how data informs decisions across the function. You will also define and own CSEs data and analytics strategy, translating CSE leadership priorities into a coherent roadmap for metrics, reporting infrastructure, and insight generation. You will lead, mentor, and develop a team of 8-9 technical and non-technical colleagues —including data scientists, analysts, data engineers, and program/coordination staff — setting standards and ways of working that fit each discipline, and hiring for open roles as needed. represent the A&I; function in planning and strategy discussions and translate leadership priorities into team execution.
