analysing requests and providing initial functional support.Escalate incidents requiring deeper technical analysis or development to the appropriate L2/L3 teams and follow up through resolution.Your BackgroundVocational training (FP/Grado Superior), Bachelor's degree, technical courses or equivalent knowledge in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related area.Previous experience or relevant knowledge in Service Desk, Help Desk, Application Support, IT Support or similar environments; junior profiles with relevant training are welcome.Basic understanding of business applications, IT environments and incident/service request management.experience with ServiceNow is considered an advantage.Availability to work from Madrid or Barcelona in a hybrid model.
