You will act as a reliable service provider with a customer-oriented mindset to handle critical system requests within our core business tools, ensuring our scientists and engineers worldwide can focus on developing innovative products for patients. Rather than just managing system change requests, you will manage the integrity of the business process within our internal tools.



By developing a deep understanding of the R&D; organization and unique team needs, you will translate diverse business needs into effective system and data configurations. You will handle complex requests, ensuring that as our internal digital infrastructure evolves, our integral R&D; teams remain compliant, organized, and productive.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute System Requests with Limited Guidance: Fulfill customer requests and generate business metrics by performing a range of assignments related to your discipline, ensuring that enterprise system tool configurations / data updates align with actual R&D; workflows / needs.
