We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the marketing that makes all that happen. You will bring real strategic capability: understand our clients business, translate our business strategy into international marketing strategies, plans and projects, lead our Marketing team and Creative area, manage your own key accounts, and build Intracons own marketing engine to grow our brand and generate new business.

Translate the business strategy into marketing strategies, plans and projects,



enriching it with your B2B marketing expertise.
Lead and develop the Marketing team, and the Creative area through its manager: priorities, quality of deliveries and professional growth of the people.
Manage your own key accounts with autonomy: client relationship, quality, deadlines and budget.
Create and lead Intracons own marketing plan (brand positioning, content, web, CRM, LinkedIn, webinars, success stories to generate leads) as an engine for new business, defining and managing the annual marketing budget and its distribution across channels.
Maintain the highest quality standards in your teams marketing and creative deliveries.
Background & Skills 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 to 3 leading teams (ideally mixed marketing and creative/design teams).
Clear and direct communication, in writing and in person, also in English; Fluent professional English (international clients and teams
