We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the marketing that makes all that happen. You will bring real strategic capability: understand our clients business, translate our business strategy into international marketing strategies, plans and projects, lead our Marketing team and Creative area, manage your own key accounts, and build Intracons own marketing engine to grow our brand and generate new business.
We want a player-coach: someone who shines by making the companys strategy work, develops the team without centralizing every decision, and directs the execution rather than doing it all themselves.



You will be part of the companys leadership, working in tandem with the CEO and the Strategy Direction, with real autonomy and real accountability.

What you will do Reporting to Management, your main responsibilities will include:
Translate the business strategy into marketing strategies, plans and projects, enriching it with your B2B marketing expertise.
Lead and develop the Marketing team, and the Creative area through its manager: priorities, quality of deliveries and professional growth of the people.
Manage your own key accounts with autonomy: client relationship, quality, deadlines and budget.
Create and lead Intracons own marketing plan (brand positioning, content, web, CRM, LinkedIn, webinars, success stories to generate leads) a
