The Opportunity
As Manager of Performance and Insight, you'll lead a team of analysts and play a key role in shaping how both Sales performance and Customer Service Performance is measured, reported and acted upon across Business Supply.Youll provide the visibility, analysis and challenge needed to drive better commercial, operational and customer outcomes while developing a high-performing, engaged team.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact within EDF as we support our journey towards An Electric Britain. We're looking for someone who can quickly make an impact, bring fresh thinking, challenge the status quo and help redesign and simplify reporting and insight outputs.
You'll be identifying efficiencies, improving decision-making and creating a more effective performance management capability.
This is a hybrid role with flexibility on location. If you choose to work from an office, you'll be based from either our #London or #Exeter office, alongside home working.
Who You Are
We're looking for someone with the energy, curiosity and leadership capability to drive change in a fast-moving business environment. You'll be comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, setting priorities across competing demands and leading a team to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
To be shortlisted, as a minimum you need to offer:
- Experience within energy, utilities or a similar B2B commercial environment
- Experience using Power BI or other business intelligence and visualisation tools
- Knowledge of data governance, data management and reporting best practice
