In this role you will structure and govern complex enterprise deals to accelerate Appian’s growth while protecting margin and ensuring compliance. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, and Legal to translate pipeline into revenue, streamline contract terms, and reduce cycle times. As part of the Commercial Operations team, you’ll enable field teams with reliable deal workflows and governance in the AI-powered process automation market. This is a hands-on internal consulting role with broad cross-functional impact and growth opportunities.

• Structure and align complex enterprise deals with pricing and revenue policies
• Draft and finalize terms for net-new and expansion software contracts
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Legal on complex commercial terms
• Resolve pricing and deal queries using enterprise quoting tools




• Audit deals for governance and compliance against internal and external rules
• Support bid management, quoting optimization, and custom deal workflows for the field

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years in deal desk, contract management, or commercial sales operations in enterprise software
• Proven track record in complex xqbhyrx deal structuring and custom contract creation
• Advanced proficiency with enterprise CRM or CPQ architectures
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills under tight deadlines
• Fluent in English and Spanish
