What impact you’ll makeAs a Technical Lead you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including remote commissioning, real-time monitoring, surveillance activities, and reporting. The role also ensures the consistent delivery of 24/7 remote operation services, which must remain fully operational 365 days a year.



This position is based on rotating shifts to guarantee continuous coverage and requires working from the office.
What you’ll do
- Detect abnormal system conditions and respond promptly to field disturbances and alarms, ensuring turbines remain in a safe and stable operating state.
- Execute commissioning, remote troubleshooting, diagnostics, and support site teams during PLI closure to ensure effective turbine performance.
- Coordinate 24/7 ROC activities, guaranteeing safe, reliable, and compliant operations throughout the year.
- Escalate issues when remote troubleshooting is not sufficient, providing detailed information for higher-level technical support.
- Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain close coordination with site teams and clearly communicate technical information through reports, presentations, and verbal update
