As a Payroll Specialist on our Integral Finance team, you will report directly to the Regional Payroll Supervisor and play a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and compliant payroll operations across our global footprints (Americas, EMEA, and APAC).

Key Responsibilities
- Global Payroll Execution: Prepare and process multi-region semi-monthly and monthly payrolls, collaborating closely with external regional payroll providers.
- Cross-Functional Data Alignment: Partner with People Operations (HR) and Finance to ensure 100% accuracy in employee data, including new hires, terminations, promotions, variable compensation, and equity updates.
- Equity & Tax Compliance:
Accurately record stock-based compensation activity in employee pay profiles and ensure timely tax withholdings and remittances to local authorities.
- Audits & Internal Controls: Support annual statutory audits, internal compliance, and Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) testing by maintaining clear documentation and robust internal control environments.
- Financial Operations & Month-End: Assist with expense report reviews (Expensify), employee record maintenance in NetSuite, and participate in month-end/quarter-end/year-end closing procedures.
Experience3+ years of hands-on experience in payroll administration (experience in multi-country/international payroll or SaaS/FinTech environments is a strong plus).
Systems & ToolsPractical experience with cloud ERPs ( NetSuite preferred) and major payroll engines ( ADP Workforce Now , ADP Celergo , or similar global vendors).
