Team context
User Operations sits within Fever's broader User Support organization. User Operations is the strategic/enablement layer behind the operating User support structure, organized around three areas: AI integration, Systems, and Data.
Within Data, we focus on continuous improvement. We don't just maintain information that's useful and relevant to stakeholders inside and outside the department, we translate that data into concrete initiatives that let us keep questioning and improving how we work.
The role
We're looking for a Project Manager with a strong analytics backbone. This isn't a "build the dashboard and move on", we need someone who can go from constructing the data (dashboards, reporting, automations) to understanding what it actually means for the business, so they can help man
