Our Graduate Sales Excellence Program is designed for graduates who are ambitious, commercially curious, and passionate about building relationships and driving business growth.
You will experience core areas of our sales organization, developing a rounded understanding of the full customer lifecycle from first contact to long‑term partnership
Responsabilidades principales
During the graduate program, you may work in two or more of the following teams:

- CS Foundation
You will start with a foundational rotation in Customer Success, building an understanding of how customers adopt Sage products, realize value, and make decisions about renewal or growth.
- Sales Development
You will be at the starting point of Sage’s revenue engine, identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential customers. You will learn how to prospect effectively, handle objections confidently, and hand over warm opportunities to the wider sales team. This rotation builds the foundations of a sales career: resilience, curiosity, and the ability to communicate value quickly and clearly.
