In this role you will shape and scale our digital services portfolio within Hygienic Fluid Handling and Heat Transfer Technologies. You’ll work across product, technology, commercial and operations to translate customer needs into market-ready solutions and drive adoption. You will help connect product development with market execution and advance condition monitoring as a core offering. This position blends hardware and digital expertise in a global, collaborative environment with significant cross-functional impact.

• Set product direction, vision, roadmap, and priorities for digital services with a focus on scalability and customer value
• Act as a hands-on PM, engaging with customers and supporting commercial efforts to drive adoption
• Contribute to packaging and pricing discussions from a product perspective
• Support integral go-to-market activities with leadership and Go-to-Market teams
• Contribute to developing the Digital Services Product u0026 Portfolio Management function, including governance
• Ensure strong product-market fit and value realization by incorporating feedback from customers and commercial teams
• Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements for technology teams
• Act as a link between product, commercial, technology, and operations for alignment and execution
• Support evolution and scaling of condition monitoring solutions as a key offering
• Define and track product KPIs (adoption, usage, value realization) for insights across teams
• Collaborate with Global Innovation Lead to identify new digital service opportunities
Responsabilidades
• 3–5 years in product management, product development, business development or similar in a B2B environment
• Experience in industrial/mechanical equipment or process-industry with expos
