In this role, you will help build TikTok’s commerce ecosystem by identifying and onboarding electronics merchants, shaping assortment and pricing strategies, and driving sustainable growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve merchant performance and customer experience, leveraging data and market insight to prioritize opportunities. You will manage merchant relationships, coordinate with internal and external partners, and own initiatives that advance the e-commerce ecosystem in a fast-paced environment. This Madrid-based position offers the chance to impact a general platform and contribute to a scalable, secure, and intuitive shopping experience.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Identify, onboard and manage high-potential Electronics merchants and brands across subcategories
• Advise on business model, assortment, pricing, creator affiliation, platform education and readiness
• Develop mid- and long-term account plans to grow merchants on the platform
• Own GMV targets and drive performance through data analysis and experimentation
• Analyze Spanish Electronics market, trends, product life cycles and subcategory performance to shape priorities
• Collaborate with merchants to optimize growth levers like product selection, pricing, stock, campaigns, Affiliate, short video, LIVE and Ads
• Coordinate with Product, Operations, Marketing, Logistics and Compliance to resolve merchant challenges and ensure customer experience
• Lead internal projects contributing to broader e-commerce ecosystem
• Develop initiatives to improve category competitiveness (assortment, pricing, merchant quality, content supply)
