Role Overview:
- Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle. You set the vision for the user experience and create the space for others to collaborate.
- Work with other members of the team to create top-class user experiences on a variety of digital platforms and applications from our clients, that are engaging, useful, and solution-oriented.
- Do user research, customer feedback, user testing, and usability findings to tailor your designs to the user in order to best solve their problems.
- Develop and prototype design solutions, not only to communicate ideas and concepts but to test with real customers to encourage collaboration and iterative processes.
- Facilitate workshops with project stakeholders to ensure close collaboration. You discuss different options, next steps and develop the design strategy together.
Idóneo Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience designing at SaaS or consumer-foc
