You'll lead a multilingual team of SDRs generating pipeline across multiple European markets, coaching them daily and creating the kind of team culture where people actually want to show up and perform. ðWhat you'll doð§ðð§ Lead and coach a team of SDRs in Barcelona — drive performance across outbound activity, qualified appointments, and pipeline contribution across European markets️ Run daily rituals that actually matter — standups, call reviews, 1:1s — keeping the team sharp and motivatedð Track KPIs like a hawk — spot performance gaps early and act fast with the right supportð Partner with Sales Managers, RevOps, and the Outbound Growth Lead to sharpen lead quality, targeting, and sequencingð Onboard new SDRs and ramp them fast — build the habits that turn new hires into top performersð Help build and improve outbound playbooks, cadences,
