At Factorial, we’re looking for a Demand Generation Executive for the Italian market to help take our company’s growth to the next level. The goal is to generate demand and nurture leads through a mix of initiatives such as online and in‑person events, email marketing, and other demand-focused activities. This role requires strong cross‑team collaboration, excellent project management skills, and the ability to analyze performance in order to continuously optimize results. As a key member of the Marketing team, you will contribute across the entire funnel by creating valuable experiences that turn leads into real opportunities. Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy for the Italian market, including content creation, event planning, budget management, resource allocation, and vendor negotiation.
Review and provide feedback on marketing materials, ensuring alignment with company guidelines (messaging, branding, booth materials, sponsorship assets).
Manage and nurture relationships with strategic partners, coordinating joint demand generation initiatives,



co‑marketing activities, and events to maximize pipeline impact.
At least 3‑5 years of experience in demand generation or marketing with a focus on sales results.
Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously.
A proactive, problem‑solving mindset, with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high‑quality standards.
Native Italian speaker.
English is mandatory, Spanish is optional.
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
