Purpose of the job We are looking for someone eager to join us at this exciting time and to be instrumental in creating a contract logistics business in both Spain and Portugal. You will need an excellent understanding of contract logistics, coupled with an entrepreneurial ‘no fear’ approach to securing new activity.
Build the Business Development team in Spain, reporting to the Country Manager.




Draft and implement the sales strategy plan in line with the company strategy and business plan.
Draft and manage the BD/Sales budgets.
Continue developing the Company brand awareness, attending fairs, participating in local forums and be a true representative of the brand.
Attend BD European meetings within the organisation, preparing your business plan, sales results and leading conversations at top‑level management.
This will include responsibility for billing your customers and complying with internal procedures to manage payments on time.
Establish clear collaboration with RHQ colleagues supporting your business.
5+ years of relevant experience selling contract logistics. This requirement is a must, please clearly show in your CV contract logistics experience if possible, with examples
