We are looking for an experienced Engagement Manager to join the Product & Growth team in Madrid.
The Engagement Manager will own the end-to-end customer outcome — understanding client requirements, translating complex business problems into scalable workflows and ensuring successful implementation and adoption of the platform.
This role sits at the intersection of clients,



product and technology and requires someone who combines strong financial services or consulting experience with excellent project management, commercial judgement and technical fluency.
Own client engagements from initial requirements through implementation, adoption and ongoing relationship management.
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
5+ years of professional experience within private equity, investment banking and/or Tier 1 management consulting.
~ Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management experience.
~ Good technical fluency and the ability to understand workflows, data and potential system failure points .
